Muffins have to be one of my favorite foods because they are versatile and quick, two things that I really like in a recipe. :)
You can have them for breakfast, or lunch, or even dinner. You can use them as a snack or with a relaxing cup of tea in the afternoon….and on..and on…

3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
2 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp freshly ground nutmeg
