  Hi Mary, I think it’s a great idea. I’m not sure I’ll have any leftover eggs around though - other than just a few egg whites in the freezer at the moment.
  Will see if I can come up with something, else, hopefully for next month!

  As for the waking up at 4am I know exactly what you mean.
