Happy Birthday Jennifer:Offbeat House Cakes
Since the 25 is Jennifer from Offbeat Homes birthday I thought it would be nice to give her a cake. But not just any cake..nope..She is much too special for that. I could not decide so she will have to decide for herself….Happy, Happy Birthday Jennifer!

This is pushing the definition of house a bit..maybe home? But I know she is very into environmental issues so I could not resist this globe cake from The Pink Cake Box, a site I drool over often.
Maybe she would prefer une maison au chocolat in Paris?
And for those times she needs a stately victorian home with an ocean view, this gingerbread house fits the bill.

OH MY GOSH! You found house cakes! I looked and looked for offbeat and could not find hardly any. I love it — well, not the mice so much. They are not that cute in real life. Funny that we both have that eco-cake. I love Pink Cake Box and I totally grok you for doing this post. You’re a great friend :) But you are weirder than me.
