Cooking Spray Does the Job
While measuring out maple syrup the other day for granola, it occurred to me that I hadn’t shared one of the most useful tips I’ve learned using cooking spray — use them when you measure out sticky stuff like honey, corn syrup, or agave nectar!
Just spray your measuring cup with a bit of Pam (or your own oil in a Misto — see below) and pouring out the syrup becomes a cinch.
